Reel Sessions recently wrapped up a shoot with Dewey Nicks, which was held in the beautiful island of Kawaii. It featured some of the world’s greatest women surfers, including the likes of Keala Kennelly, Kassia Meador, Alana Blanchard.

Reel Sessions worked with People Magazine for a shoot featuring Zac Efron. It was held on the rooftop of Hotel Roosevelt in Hollywood with photographer Dewey Nicks. It was a fun shoot (shoutout to Zac for being awesome), juxtaposing the historic sign with a contemporary celebrity. The issue hit the newsstands so grab a copy to view the full story. Grey, New York creates a hilarious new ad campaign for DirecTV 2012. The short uses the “slippery slope” fallacy to its advantage, showing you a potential sequence of events as a consequence of having cable instead. Taking a different approach on advertising its product, the tongue-in-cheek ad is still effective in making DirecTV’s brand one to remember and look out for.
